Take a really deep breath and as you exhale send roots from your feet down into Mother Earth.  Take another deep breath and pull that love of Mother Earth back up through her soils to your heart grounding yourself.

Give your body – including your vital organs and BRAIN – the life sustaining oxygen it needs by Breathing Deeply & Grounding continuously throughout your day.  When you do, you’ll be amazed at how much easier it is to manage and focus the power of your energy.  You’ll also think more clearly and you won’t be so tired at the end of the day.

Reminder suggestions to Breathe Deeply & Ground

* when you wake up and before you fall asleep

* every time you eat

* every time you go to the bathroom

* when you get in your car and when you get out

* when you’re at a stop while in your car

* when you walk into a different room

* stand up – sit down

* look at your phone, watch, clock

* set a timer for top of the hour, two hours – whatever works for you

** sticky note on your fridge, computer and all mirrors
